MILLERSBURG • Yvonne R. Clouser, 35, of Millersburg, passed away Dec. 24, 2019, at Premier at Susquehanna after a lengthy illness. She is survived by a son Preston Walters of Dalmatia; a sister Tammy and her husband David Milroad of North Carolina; two nieces; four nephews; a boyfriend Randy Walters and his mother Jeanne Walters, both of Dalmatia; and her best friend Michelle Reamer of Gratz.
