TOWER CITY • Wallace F. Reed, 93, died Sept. 29 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. He was born June 19, 1926, in Tower City, a son of the late William and Elma Reed. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He worked for many years as a delivery man for the former City Dry Cleaners, Williams-town; and retired from Lebanon Steel Foundry. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Jean Koppenhaver Reed; one brother; and one sister. He is survived by a son, Randall Reed; four sisters; and one brother. Following his wishes, there will be no services. The Dimon Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Tower City, is in charge of arrangements.
