WILLIAMSTOWN • Virginia L. “Ginny” Boyer, 80, of Williamstown, passed away Monday, July 26, 2021, at Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born Dec. 21, 1940, in Wiconisco, she was a daughter of the late George and Marion Welker Harman. She was raised by her late grandparents, Edward and Alberta Harman of Wiconisco. Ginny was a graduate of the former Wiconisco High School. She retired from Brubaker Tool and Die where she worked as an inspector. After retirement, she loved her job at Lisi’s Shell in Elizabethville. In addition to her parents and grandparents, Ginny was preceded in death by one great-grandson, Joseph; one great-great-grandson, Charlie; and son-in-law, Tony Muggio. Ginny is survived by her companion of 48 years, Jack Whitcomb of Williamstown; children, Jackie Seiger (Richard) of Minersville, John Boyer of Williamstown, Lisa Stansfield (Jeff) of Halifax, Amy Muggio of Harrisburg and Scott Boyer (Ang) of Williamsport; grandchildren, Jessica, Michael, Amber, Sarah, John, Kyle, Kristin, Colby, Geoffrey, Matthew and Dakota; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two brothers, George Harman of Millersburg and Gerald Harman of Lock Haven. Graveside services were held Aug. 2, 2021, at the Methodist Cemetery, Williams-town. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tremont Health and Rehab Activity Fund, 44 Donaldson Rd., Tremont PA 17981.
