ELIZABETHVILLE • Troy E. Millard, 50, died Oct. 21 at the Hershey Medical Center, Hershey. He was born in Harrisburg Sept. 8, 1969, a son of Kaye and Harry Millard. He was employed as a high lift operator for ES3 in York. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Pam Millard; two daughters, Brooke Millard and Taylor Millard; brother, Scott Millard; and sister, Tracey Millard; Memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 2 at 1 p.m. at the Armstrong Valley Bible Baptist Church, Halifax.
