Harrisburg • Timothy M. Shrawder, 61, of Harrisburg died Jan. 20, 2019, at Osteo UPMC Hospital. Timothy was born in Millersburg May 7, 1957, the son of the late Melvin and Phyllis Shrawder. Timothy was retired manager from the Pennsylvania State Liquor Control Board. Tim is survived by son Nicholas Shrawder of Arizona, and brothers John (Mari) of New Jersey and Melvin (Barbara) of Middletown; sisters JoAnn (Brian) Dyer of Harrisburg and Donna Shrawder of Halifax; companion Maria Umberger and several nieces and nephews. A private Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 3, 2019. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of one’s choice.
