SPORTS UPDATE
Championship games rescheduled
As of Thursday morning May 30, here are the new dates and times for district championship games that either were suspended or postponed Wednesday:
• District 11-2A Baseball: (Williams Valley vs. Schuylkill Haven): 11:30 a.m. May 30 at Coca-Coca Park, Allentown.
• District 4-2A Softball (Line Mountain vs. Wyalusing Valley): 4:30 p.m. May 30; now at Elm Park, Williamsport.
• District 3-1A Softball (Halifax vs. Millersburg): Resumes at 5 p.m. May 30 at Lebanon Valley College, Annville. Millersburg leads 4-0 in the second inning.
• District 11-1A Baseball: (Williams Valley vs. Nativity): 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 31 at Blue Mountain High School, Schuylkill Haven.
