Shirley M. Herring

TOWER CITY • Shirley M. Herring, 85, of Tower City, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at her home. Born in Donaldson, June 6, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Ruth Schlegel Seiger. Shirley retired from AMP Inc. Shirley attended the Joliett United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Marvin Miller and Ray Herring; a son, Randal Miller, and a daughter, Lisa Brosius; a brother, Gary Seiger, and two sisters, Gloria Wetzel and Jean Houtz. Surviving are her two grandchildren, Kristy Artman and Randal Brosius; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; son-in-law, David Brosius; sister-in-law, Yvonne Seiger, and nieces and nephews. Services will be held Thursday, June 10, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. from Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. The Dimon Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
