HALIFAX • Shirley L. Schell, age 90, passed away, May 30, 2021, at the Carolyn Croxton Slane Hospice Residence, Harrisburg. She was born March 14, 1931, in Hebe, a daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy (Leitzel) Napp. She was the widow of Allen D. Schell, who passed in 1972. She had worked as a waitress in the past. Surviving are her children, Larry D. Schell, Dean A. Schell and Linda C. Savage; brother, Richard U. Noecker; sister, Betty J. Kelly; nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by siblings, Arlene F., William R., Samuel J., Jean M., Robert L. and William H. (all Noecker) and companion Jack Miller. A private burial will be held at the family’s convenience at St. James Cemetery, Halifax. Minnich Family Funeral Homes Inc., Williamstown (the former John R.
