DELTONA, Fla. • Robin R. Shappell, 63, died Aug. 30 at his residence. He was a former resident of Millersburg. He was born Feb. 9, 1956, in Harrisburg, the son of the late Mark Shappell and the late Rahn and Joyce Schwalm. He was a 1974 graduate of Millersburg High School. He was a chef for 35 years. He is survived by his son, Ryan Shappell; a daughter, Rebecca Shappell; two sisters, Brenda Matter and Marsha Rodgers; a niece and a stepmother, Violet Shappell. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
