WILLIAMSTOWN • Richard C. Shupp, 79, died Dec. 8 at his residence. He was born Aug. 16, 1940, in Denver, Pa. He was retired from the Lebanon Steel Foundry and Quality Inn, Lebanon. He is survived by his wife, Joan Flory Shupp; two children, Bridgette Lukens and Richard Shupp Jr.; and two grandsons. Graveside services were held Dec. 14 from the Methodist Cemetery, Williamstown.
