Police: Lykens woman ‘missing and endangered’
A Lykens Borough resident is considered ‘‘missing and endangered,’’ state police reported May 26.
Christine Lynn O’Neill, 51, was last seen/heard from at 5:50 a.m. May 26 in the Lykens/Wiconisco area and was entered into the National Crime Information Center database as ‘‘missing.’’ She is ‘‘believed to be in the Dauphin or Schuylkill County areas,’’ police said in a news release.
O’Neill is about 5 feet, one inches tall with a thin build. She weighs approximately 110 pounds and has green eyes and blonde hair. It is not known what type of clothing she was last known to be wearing.
State police said troopers responded to a ‘‘police incident’’ at 5:50 a.m. May 26 in the 400 block of North Second Street in Lykens and subsequently determined O’Neill to be missing and endangered. More information on the police incident was not made available.
Anyone with information on O’Neill’s whereabouts is asked to call state police at Lykens, 717-362-8700, and ask for the CIU (Criminal Investigation Unit).
