KLINGERSTOWN • Pauline M. Wiest, 99, died Oct. 1 at Premier at Susquehanna, Millersburg. She was born Nov. 24, 1919, in Pillow, a daughter of the late Elsie and Joy Troutman. She worked in the shirt factory in Millersburg and later became a beautician until her retirement. She was a lifetime member of David’s UCC, Hebe; an active member of the Women of the Church; and a 4-H leader for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Wiest; four brothers: Gilbert, John, Carl and Paul Troutman; and a sister, Thelma “Doll” Bohner. She is survived by four sisters: Margaret Harner of Sacramento, Helen Erdman of Sunbury, Shirley Klinger of Valley View and Joanna Wiest of Pillow; a brother, Marlin Troutman of Millersburg; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held Oct. 5 at David’s UCC, Hebe. Burial was in David’s Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to David’s UCC, 1907 Klingerstown Rd., Herndon, PA 17830. James A.
