MILLERSBURG • Paula H. Snyder, 57, of Millersburg, passed away unexpectedly at home Thursday, May 27, 2021. Paula was born June 3, 1963, to Helen M. Strohecker and the late Paul A. Strohecker also of Millersburg. She was a graduate of Millersburg Area High School class of 1981. Paula was a former employee of Susquehanna Lutheran Village, where she worked nine years as a nurses’ aide. She also was employed at JC Penney in Millersburg and the Lenkerville Elementary School and was a loving housewife. Paula enjoyed painting and spending time with her family and was a wonderful wife, daughter, sister and friend. She was preceded in death by her father Paul A. Strohecker of Millersburg. Surviving are her husband of 34 years Jeffrey J. Snyder of Millersburg, mother Helen M. Strohecker of Millersburg, brother Marcell A. Strohecker of Boiling Springs, nephews Paul T. Strohecker of Haddonfield, N.J., and Travis Q. Strohecker of Ephrata, father and mother-in-law James M. and Mary M. Snyder of Millersburg, and sister-in-law Christine E. Snyder of Millersburg. Services were held June 4 at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd., Millersburg, Pa. Burial was in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington, Pa.
