MILLERSBURG • Patsy L. Deppen, 77, of Millersburg, died July 25, 2019, at Premier at Susquehanna Village. She was born March 17, 1942, in Upper Paxton Twp., the daughter of the late Russell and Margaret (Hoy) Enders. Patsy was the wife of Ronald E. Deppen. She worked in the local shoe factories and as a waitress. She enjoyed gardening, canning, crocheting, painting wood lawn ornaments and bird watching. In addition to her husband of 45 years, she is survived by her daughter, Lori Ludwig (Ron Bachtell) of Texas; her son, Donald Buffington Jr. (Margaret) of Millersburg; her two stepsons, David (Regina) Deppen of Dillsburg and Larry Deppen of McAlisterville; her grandchildren: Shannon Wallace, Tasha Abbey, Brittney Buffington, Curtis and Jeremy Deppen, Blayton and Zachery Randle and Michael Buffington; her great-grandchildren: Kaylee and Cole Wallace, Vivian Bordner, Elizabeth, Lillian, Asa-Joel, Aslan and Moira Deppen; and her sister, Dolores Feidt of Millersburg. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Enders and a sister, Lena Mae Chubb. The family will receive friends Friday, Aug. 2, 2019, from 10-11 a.m. at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd., Millersburg.
