HALIFAX • Patricia Miller, age 72, of Halifax, Pa., passed away March 22, 2019, at her home. She was born Patricia Arbutes Carr in Millersburg, daughter of the late Russell H. Carr and Zada V. Shifflett Carr. Patricia was the widow of the late Ronald L. Miller. They were married on Feb. 26, 1966. She also is preceded in death by her brother Leonard Sr. Patricia was a member of Millersburg Assembly of God. She loved children and babysat most of her life. She was the epitome of a social butterfly. She loved spending time with her family, reading the bible and collecting antiques. Patricia is survived by her three daughters: Gina Carl (Tige) of Millersburg, Sonya Miller Leach of Halifax, and Rhonda Fox (Richard) of Halifax; grandchildren: Alfonso (Erin), Danielle (Alphonzo), Dylan, Virginia (Josh), Nicholas, Dakota, Jordan (Tyanna), and Russell (Katelyn); great-grandchildren: Blake, Eli, AJ., Angelina, AK, Andrew, Adrianna, Axyl, Cooper, Maximus Thomas, Marlin Ronald (coming July 2019) and Toby Lee (coming July 2019). Patricia also is survived by siblings, Allen (Rhoda) Carr of Middletown and Barbara Carr of Millersburg. The family will receive friends from 9-11 a.m. Friday, March 29, 2019, at Millersburg Assembly of God. Services will begin at 11 a.m. with Rev. Norman Lawrence officiating. Burial will be at Reigle’s Cemetery in Millersburg following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Millersburg Assembly of God at 2261 Shippen Dam Rd., Millersburg, PA 17061.
