Atlanta, Ga. • Pamela Ruth Fisher passed away peacefully Christmas Day 2020 in Atlanta, Ga. She was born in Harrisburg, Pa., Dec. 4, 1946, and was a daughter of the late Pearl and Franklin W. Ruth Jr. of Lykens, Pa. She was predeceased by an infant brother and brother Franklin W. Ruth III. Pam is survived by her husband, Dr. Michael S. Fisher of Atlanta; her sister and brother-in-law, Betsy and Derle Snyder; sister-in-law, Pamela D. Ruth and her two sons; niece, Karen Snyder Quick and her husband Jeffrey and five children; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law James and Mary Fisher and their four children and families. Pam was a 1964 graduate of the former Lykens High School and a graduate of Thompson Business Institute in the secretarial program. She worked at Penn State University admissions office and later for McKinsey and Co. in administration; she lived and worked for them in Tokyo, Japan; Mexico City; New York City; and Atlanta, Ga.
