LYKENS • Norma L. Zeigler (Myers) of Lykens, 89, lived a life of love, laughter and adoration of her family and was promoted to heaven Jan. 1, 2021. Norma was the youngest of 12 children and was born to Herbert Sr. and Flora Jane (Baker) Myers Feb. 26, 1931, in Dillsburg, Pa. Norma was the wife of Silas Zeigler. She is survived by her four children, Barry (Ronda) Zeigler, Hanover, Pa., Barbara (Todd) Miller, Elizabethville, Pa., Brenda Teter, Melbourne Fla., and Bonnie (Dennis) Kent, Lykens, Pa., with whom she resided; grandchildren, Bekki Zeigler, Brandi Galvan, Brad Zeigler, Bryan Jordan, Abby Sweigard, Jena Shovlin and Amanda Teter; stepgrandchildren, Alex Miller, Shannon Bechtel, Tamara Malakin and Denny Kent Jr.; and great-grandchildren, Andres, Kaitlyn, Zoey, Alexis, Adelina, Amarissa, Alonzo, Madelyn, Amaya, Lennon, Evie, Austin, Shelby, Emily and David. She was preceded in death by her spouse and siblings, Thomas, Clair, Glen, Clarence, Warren, Kenny, Herbert Jr., Verna, Verdella, Marion and Frances. Norma and Si were the owners of several businesses, The Franklin House Tavern Hanover, Pa., Zig’s Drive In East Berlin, Pa., and Elizabethville, Pa., Zig’s Ice company, Elizabethville, Pa., and Si Nora Campground, Herndon, Pa. Norma loved to work, and in addition to being self-employed she worked at Haars Drive In and Skating Rink, Mandata Poultry Plant, The Kepler Home and Mars Footwear. Norma enjoyed time spent with family, playing games, cooking, traveling, reading and gardening, and she was known for her holiday decorations. She will be remembered for her great sense of humor and making people laugh. Norma was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church. In lieu of flowers, please donate to The Northern Dauphin Human Services Center, 295 State Dr., Elizabethville, PA 17023, or Porter Tower Lions Club, P.O. Box 10, Tower City, PA 17980 or Reigles Bible Fellowship, 158 Reigles Church Rd., Millersburg, PA 17061. Due to COVID, services will be private. Paid by family.
