Naomi I. Straub
VALLEY VIEW • Naomi I. Straub, 98, formerly of Klingerstown, died July 20 at her home in Valley View. She was born May 3, 1922, in Lykens Twp., a daughter of the late Jennie and Gordon Klinger. Naomi was the wife of the late William “Bud” Straub. She was a Pennsylvania Dutch singer with the Wolfe Family. She is survived by her daughter, Wendy Geist; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Terry Straub and a sister, Ada Wolfe. Services were held July 25 at James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow. Interment was in the Gratz Union Cemetery. James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow, handled the arrangements.
