TREMONT • Mildred V. “Millie” Schwartz, 81, died Nov. 29 at Lehigh Valley Medical Center East, Pottsville. Born July 10, 1939, in Wayne Twp., she was a daughter of the late Roy and Erma Rummel Schwartz. Millie retired as a seamstress from the garment industry. She was a caregiver to her parents, her sister Fern and others. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Fern Schwartz, 2014. Surviving are her companion, Eugene Fetterhoff of Elizabethville; two sisters, Sally Messaros and Llewellyn and Mary Schaeffer all of Tower City; and nieces and nephews. Millie will be laid to rest privately in Bowerman’s Cemetery, Enterline. The Dimon Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., Tower City, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
