MILLERSBURG • MaryAnne (Wingard) Bricker, age 77, of Millersburg, died March 18, 2021, at home. She was born Sept. 25, 1943, in Harrisburg, Pa., the daughter of the late John F. Wingard and Mildred J. (Fasnacht) Wingard. MaryAnne was married to Harry Allen Spangler Bricker, Jr. She worked as a sales clerk in her father’s photography business and gift shop of Millersburg. She was a member of First U.M. Church, Millersburg. She was a racing fan and enjoyed going to dirt track races, where she assisted her son’s photography. She also enjoyed flowers, the garden, river, Christmas lights and reading and telling stories. She is survived by her son Harry “Butch” Allen Spangler Bricker, III of Millersburg, several cousins Jane Umberger Batzel and her husband Charlie, Gus Martz and his wife Judy, Connie Wingard Legvold and her husband John, Robert Nace and his wife Ople, and several good friends. There will be a graveside service at Oak Hill Cemetery Mausoleum, Millersburg, Wednesday, March 31 at 2 p.m. The family requests that memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
