MILLERSBURG • Mary Mae Travitz, age 82, passed away at Heritage Mills Personal Care Center, Tower City, Aug. 26, 2019. She was born April 3, 1937, in Halifax, daughter of the late Bruce Sr. and Mary (Corsnitz) Dorman. She had worked in the past for the former Susquehanna Village and had retired from Virginia Lee Embroidery, both in Millersburg. She is survived by four daughters: Robin M. Travitz, Halifax, Rhonda M. Brown and companion Ron Schaar of Halifax, Rose M. (Scott) Paulus, Halifax and Randie M. (Eric) Ervin, Parkland, Fla.; four brothers: Bruce (Linda) Dorman Jr., Halifax, James (Dorothy) Dorman, Palmetto Bay, Fla., Richard (Merri) Dorman, Halifax and Boyd (Pamela) Dorman, Loyalton; three sisters: Rosie (John) Durbrow, Downingtown, Susan (Theodore) Keiter, Halifax and Patti (Weir) Shradley, Harrisburg; five grandchildren: Wesley, Whitney, Laurel, Erica and Brandon; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Kim Travitz. Services were held Sept. 3, 2019, at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes Ltd., Millersburg. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg.
