MILLERSBURG • Mary E. Phillips-Herb, 91, of Millersburg, formally of Pillow, passed away Sept. 3, 2019, at her home in Millersburg. She was born in Paxinos, March 10, 1928, a daughter of Grace E. and Marlin C. Boyer. She attended Emmanuel Wesleyan Church, Gratz. Mary is survived by her two daughters, Dixie Laudenslager of Dalmatia and Bonnie Wetzel of St. Cloud, Fla.; four grandsons: Todd Laudenslager of Dalmatia, William “Chip” Wetzel of Elysburg, Troy Laudenslager of Dalmatia and Toby Wetzel of St. Cloud, Fla.; nine great-grandchildren; and brothers, David “Ted” Boyer of Millersburg and Walter Boyer of Pillow. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Phillips and Gene Herb; and sister, Yvonne Chaffee. Services were held Sept. 7, 2019, at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church, Gratz.
