YORK • Marlin Lester Reitz, 90, died Jan. 14 at Autumn House East, York. He was born July 2, 1929, in Leck Kill, a son of the late A. Lester and Stella Reitz. Marlin retired from Esab in 1992 after 32 years of service. He was a member of Zeredith Lodge 451 since 1974; Friends and Neighbors Fan Club; Rambling Sam; and J.G. Travelers. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Grace Reitz; and a sister, Hilda Hoch. He is survived by a daughter, Ann Murrow of York; a son, Gary Reitz of Chandler, Ariz.; a brother, Earl Reitz; a sister, Margaret Heckert; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services were held Jan. 20 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Leck Kill. Burial was in St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Leck Kill. Contributions may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church. James A.
