MILLERSBURG • Marie S. Fetterolf, age 98, passed away Oct. 26, 2019, at Premier at Susquehanna Village. She was born June 21, 1921, in Millersburg, daughter of the late Paul and Dorothy (Schwalm) Bonawitz. She was the widow of Lewis L. Fetterolf. She was retired from the Brubaker Tool Co., Millersburg. During her early years, Marie lived on the family farm in Rife. She remained a lifelong resident of Millersburg. She was a member of David’s Community Bible Fellowship Church, Millersburg. She was a past member and active with the Millersburg Family Center No. 59 and WOTM Chapter No. 1083. She enjoyed taking walks, reading, going on bus day trips, spending time with her family and watching the wildlife at her daughter Deb’s home in Clinton County. She is survived by her children, Ronald G. Rubendall, Millersburg; Donna M. Stroup, Millersburg, Bonnie L. (Wayne) Euvino, Versailles, Ky., Robert E. (Annette) Fetterolf, Halifax, and Debra Fetterolf (James Woodward), Shermansdale; sisters, Betty Fulkroad, Millersburg, and Doris Glace, Dalmatia; brothers, Robert Bonawitz, Northumberland, and Dale Bonawitz, Elizabethville; 11 grandchildren; 16 great- grandchildren; 19 great-great-grand-children and a great- great-great-grand-daughter. She also was preceded in death by brothers, Paul Bonawitz Jr., Russell Bonawitz, Elmer Bonawitz and William Bonawitz and sister, Virginia Matt. There will be a visitation held at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes Ltd., Millersburg, Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, from 10-11 a.m. Services will start at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Riverview Memorial Gardens, Halifax. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Homeland Hospice, 2300 Vartan Way, Suite 270, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
