Bullying almost cost Sean West his life. But his near-death experience became an epiphany for him to turn around his life, pursue his passion for acting and speak to others about how they, too, can overcome negative experiences. ‘‘No matter what you want to do with your life, you can achieve it,’’ the Northumberland County native told a recent gathering. “I’m living proof of that; I’m a different individual now.’’ West spoke during the combined Northern Dauphin Fall Festival/Kids and Parents Safety Awareness Fair held in September at Upper Dauphin Area Middle School.
