MILLERSBURG • Lorry Ann Rivera, 57, died peacefully at home Saturday afternoon, Sept. 14, 2019, after a long illness. She was born May 29, 1962, in Harrisburg, Pa., the oldest daughter of Larry Lee and Dorothy Eleanor Reigel of Duncannon, Pa. She worked for Hills Department Store in Harrisburg for seven years and was a manager at Consignments Unlimited in Elizabethville, Pa., where she worked for 25 years. She attended and was a longtime member of Giving Light Christian Fellowship in Elizabethville, and for many years was a teacher in their children’s ministry. She touched a generation and was a light to many people in the valley. Lorry is survived by her parents; her husband of 34 years, David Allen Rivera, Millersburg, 62 years old; sons Richard Larry Miller, New Cumberland, Pa., 38; Michael Garrison Rivera, New Cumberland, 34; daughters Candice Marie Cave, Millersburg, 31; Samantha Jo Rivera, Millersburg, 29; grandchildren Conner James Cave, 11; Lauren Marie Cave, 7; Jason Elias Botzer, 5; and Elizabeth Grace Miller, 4; sisters Lonnie Jane Clouser, Havelock, N.C., 55; Tracy Lee Murphy, Duncannon, 53; Lisa Marie Sotack, Claremont, Fla., 48; brother, Larry Lee Reigel Jr., New Cumberland, 51. A memorial service was held Sept. 20 at Giving Light Christian Fellowship, in Elizabethville, officiated by Pastor Steven Hilton.
