MILLERSBURG • Leonard H. Carr Jr., 52, of Millersburg, passed away May 13 at home. He was born Sept. 20, 1966, in Harrisburg, the son of the late Leonard H. Carr Sr. and Patricia (Crisswell) Buffingon. Leonard was married to Doris (Lubold) Carr for 32 years. He worked maintenance for Metal Industries, Hegins, for 33 years. He served on the board of the Millersburg Gun & Conservation Club for many years. He was a devoted “Pap-Pap” to his two granddaughters. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Nathan Carr of Harrisburg; a daughter Tiffany Carr of Newville; two grandchildren Alexis and Shelby; sisters Melissa Coleman and Pamela Hostetter; and brothers Preston Buffington, Laco Carr and Chad Carr. Services were held May 17 at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd. – Millersburg. The family requests that memorial donations be made to Millersburg Gun and Conservation Club, P.O.
