NEWPORT • Kim S. Cassell, 65, of Newport, died March 7, 2020. She was born Feb. 8, 1955, to the late Rex and Jean (Buffington) Sunday. Kim was the clerical supervisor at Case Management in Harrisburg for more than 40 years. Kim is survived by her husband Rex Lee Cassell of Newport and son Jesse of New Bloomfield; siblings, Suzanne Sunday of Boiling Springs, Christopher Sunday of Newville, and Alan and Marti Sunday of Millersburg; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Saturday, March 14 from the David Myers Funeral Home, Newport, with a viewing from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Diabetes Association.
