Kevin Roy Buffington
MILLERSBURG • Kevin Roy Buffington, age 29, of Millersburg, Pa., passed away suddenly June 14, 2020, at his home. He was born Sept. 29, 1990, in Harrisburg, Pa., the son of Douglas and Lou Ann Seiler Buffington of Millersburg. Kevin was a graduate of Millersburg Area High School, class of 2009. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he was a helicopter mechanic. His service allowed him to travel and see much of the country. He was employed as a truck driver for Pitt Ohio. He was a member of Hebron United Methodist Church in Millersburg and Susquehanna Lodge No. 364 in Millersburg. Kevin was a kind soul and fun-loving person who was always willing to help someone out. He enjoyed hunting and spending time outdoors. He loved spending time with his friends and family, and he was always up for a thrill. In addition to his parents, Douglas and Lou Ann, Kevin is survived by a brother, Daniel Buffington of Ephrata; a grandmother, Marqueen Buffington of Millersburg; several aunts, uncles, and cousins and his dog Marge. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Roy E. Buffington; maternal grandparents, Chester F. and Barbara J. Seiler, and his faithful companion Coal Puppy. The family will hold a private memorial service for Kevin. In lieu of flowers, they ask that donations be made to either Hebron United Methodist Church, 347 Market St., Millersburg PA 17061 or to the Central PA Conservancy, 401 E. Louther St., Suite 308, Carlisle PA 17013. Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home Ltd. in Millersburg is handling arrangements. To sign the online guestbook, please visit minnichfuneral.com
