ELIZABETHVILLE • Kelly L. Shipman, 43, of Elizabethville, passed away Aug. 11, 2019, at Harrisburg Hospital. She was born March 24, 1976, in Harrisburg, Pa., the daughter of Mike and Tina (Wolfe) Shipman. She worked as a secretary for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. She enjoyed shopping, canoeing and was an avid reader. In addition to her parents she is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
