Kay M. Ferree Buffington
LYKENS • Kay M. Ferree Buffington of Lykens passed away Sunday, Aug. 2, 2020 at home.
Kay was born March 15, 1938 at Lykens, Pa., to the late Ralph A. and Vivian Kathryn Jobe Ferree.
She was a graduate and valedictorian of the former Lykens High School Class of 1957, graduate of the former Central Penn Business School, She was a member of the Lykens United Methodist Church and member of the American Business Women’s Association Rainbow Chapter.
She enjoyed reading, Hallmark movies, ceramics, traveling, music and plays.
Kay is survived by a son, Vance R. Buffington and wife Julie, a daughter, Valerie K. Goddard and husband Rodney; grandchildren Mia, Brooks and Adriane; and great-grandchildren Owen and Carson . In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Roland D. Buffington.
Honoring Kay’s wishes, there will be no services scheduled.
