WILLIAMSTOWN • Karl J. Sierer, 81, of Williamstown, passed away Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021, at the Premier of Susquehanna, Millersburg. He was born in Williamstown, July 14, 1939, a son of the late Harry Sierer and Jean Rautzahn McGraw. Karl was a 1959 graduate of the former Williamstown High School, Thaddeus Stevens Trade School and Penn State University. He was an Army National Guard veteran. Karl was a retired engineer from numerous manufacturing companies. Karl was a huge car enthusiast. He could often be found drag racing well into his 70s. He took great pride in owning many Corvettes through the years. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Judy Morgan Sierer; one daughter, Karla Jones and her husband Derek, Williamstown; one son, Chad Sierer and his wife Phylicia, Downingtown; two grandchildren, Kassi Wilkinson and her husband James, South Carolina and Scout Sierer, Downingtown; one sister, Linda Kafora and her husband Joe, Tower City; and a brother, John McGraw and his wife Julie, Maryland. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., with Pastor Amanda Bressler officiating.
