SHAMOKIN • Karen L. Kemper, 59, of Shamokin, passed away March 6 at her home. She was born in Trenton, N.J., Feb. 3, 1962, a daughter of the late Carl and Pearl Sadonna Gray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Kemper, Sr. and a son, Michael Kemper, Jr. Surviving are a daughter, Jamie Kemper; two brothers, Bob and Carl Kemper; a sister, Gail Osmun; and one granddaughter.
