LYKENS • Jose C. Vazquez, 59, passed away April 5, 2019, at Premier at Susquehanna Village. He was born May 8, 1959, in Juanadilla, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Santos Cintron and T. Vasquez. He is survived by his companion of 33 years Trudy Romito; stepson John Romito; and stepdaughter Lisa Romito and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Joe Vasquez. Services were held April 15 at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd., Elizabethville, Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd., Elizabethville, handled the arrangements.
