DALMATIA • Joanne Y. Wert, 85, of Route 147, passed away April 22, 2021, at Premier at Susquehanna Village, Millersburg. She was born Dec. 13, 1935, in Upper Paxton Twp., Pa., the daughter of the late Clarence and Merle (Fenstermacher) Felmlee. She was a retired seamstress and had worked for many local garment factories in the area. She enjoyed spending time solving puzzle books. She is survived by her husband, Frederick Wert of Millersburg; daughter, Sharon Gilbert of Dalmatia; three grandsons, Robert Gilbert of Reading, and Brandon Gilbert and Andrew Gilbert, both of Dalmatia; three great-grandchildren, Leyla Gilbert, Conner Gilbert and Allyce Gilbert; and a sister, Marjorie Brosious. A private memorial service will be held at the family’s convenience at Rickard Memorial Cemetery, Upper Paxton Twp.
