WILLIAMSTOWN • Jeffrey Carl Kohr, 55, of Williamstown passed away suddenly, Friday, Dec. 18, 2020, at the Hershey Medical Center from complications of COVID-19. Jeff was born in Lebanon, May 8, 1965, the only child of Charles and Marilyn Graybill Kohr of Lickdale. Jeff was a 1984 graduate of Northern Lebanon High School. He was employed in the maintenance department at Hershey Medical Center for the past 27 years. He was a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Williams-town; a member of the Northern Lebanon Fire and Emergency Services; a lifetime member of the Smokey’s of Lebanon County; a member and past officer with the Williamstown Volunteer Fire Co.; and a social member of the Williamstown American Legion. Jeff had a great passion for the outdoors. He loved hunting, archery, camping, traveling and fishing. His love for archery led to him coaching the Upper Dauphin High School Archery Team. He was also a former coach for the Williams Valley Archery Team. Jeff will be remembered for his ability to talk to anyone about anything. Without a doubt, his family was his world. He was extremely proud of his daughters. Surviving in addition to his parents are his loving wife of 29 years, Helen M. Kandybowski Kohr; his two daughters, Alexandra E. Kohr and Elizabeth M. Kohr, both of Williamstown; nieces, nephews and many dear friends. In Jeff’s memory, he would want everyone to be aware of the dangers of COVID-19. Please wear your mask and social distance. A public walk-thru viewing will be held Tuesday, Dec. 22 from 6-8 p.m. from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc., Tower City. All CDC and state guidelines will be required. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, Dec. 23 from his church with Rev. Michael Opoki, AJ, as celebrant. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Upper Dauphin Archery Boosters, 5668 Route 209, Lykens PA 17048 or the Northern Lebanon Fire and Emergency Services, 107 S. King St., Jonestown PA 17038. To send condolences to the family, please visit dimonfuneral home.com Paid by funeral home
