James M. Leitzel
HALIFAX • James M. Leitzel of Halifax, Pa., passed away Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020, at home.
Jim was born April 9, 1943, in Lykens Twp. to the late Lawrence K. and Alma Moyer Leitzel.
He was a graduate of Milton Hershey High School and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He enjoyed working on cars and computers.
Jim is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Kerwin Leitzel; daughters, Jennifer A. Smith and husband Don, and Shannon R. Demeulemeester and husband Rob; a son, James J. Leitzel, and grandchildren Kathryn and Clara Rose.
In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by six brothers, two sisters and two step-sisters.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jim’s name to Homeland at Home Hospice, 2300 Vartan Way, Suite 270, Harrisburg PA 17110.
