MILLERSBURG • Helene K. Quier of Millersburg passed away Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, at Premier at Susquehanna, Millersburg, Pa. Helene was born Nov. 10, 1939, at Doylestown, Pa., to the late James R. and Joanne Marie Urback Kramer. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren. Helene is survived by a son Gregory C. Quier, daughters Lorraine A. Novosat and husband Paul, and Charmaine Hoffman and husband John; grandchildren Alexis, John and Paul, one brother and three sisters.
