WILLIAMSTOWN • Grace E. Boyer, 82, of Williamstown, passed away Thursday, Oct. 17 at the home of her daughter in Gratz. She was born July 8, 1937, in Lykens, a daughter of the late Elmer and Mae Smith Miller. She was a graduate of the former Lykens High School. Grace was retired from the former AMP, Inc., Williamstown. She was of the Protestant faith. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, William Boyer, 1991; brothers Robert, Lee and Sam Miller; sisters, Betty Snyder and Elsie Ritzel. Surviving are her three children, Dawn Sloan (Bob), Gratz, Melody Herb (Robin), Ashland, and William Jr. “Rusty” (Gabrielle), Sidney, Mont.; grandchildren, Joelle, Josh, Jim, Joe, Jason, Andrea and Megan; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Larry, Landon, Lilly, Maddy, Liam, Ben, Owen, Rylee and Bree; and one brother, Charlie Miller (Joan), Harrisburg. Committal services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 2:30 p.m. from Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with Pastor Annette Shutt.
