DONALDSON • Gary Ray Lucas, 64, died Dec. 27 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown. He was born Dec. 18, 1955, in Ashland, a son of Lila Wolfgang Lucas of Donaldson and the late Ray Lucas. He was a self-employed coal miner and also worked at Mammoth Materials Minersville. He was a member of the Valley View Gun Club; VFW Post 2385 of Valley View; and Little Run Gun Club, Tremont. He was preceded in death by two brothers, David Lucas and Robin Lucas. He is survived by two sons, Jason Lucas and Travis Lucas, both of Donaldson; a daughter, Nicole Lucas of Pine Grove; four grandchildren; three brothers; Ricky Lucas of Joliett and Kevin Lucas and Darryl Lucas, both of Donaldson; four sisters: Judy Hoover and Debra Cinqmars, both of Williamstown, and Christine Morgan and Donna Morgan, both of Valley View; and several nieces and nephews.
