MILLERSBURG • Gary L. “Rock” Strohecker, 60, of Millersburg, passed away surrounded by family Tuesday, June 22, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents Elwood and Joyce (Wendt) Strohecker. Gary was a 1979 graduate of Upper Dauphin Area High School and previously worked at Aumiller’s Auto Parts and the Harrisburg International Airport. He loved to fix up trucks and tractors and spend time cooking for his family and neighbors on one of his many grills or smokers. He is survived by his brothers David (Ann) of Gratz, Roy (Tina) of Millersburg, and Scott (Diana) of Gratz; sisters, Lorraine (Les) Howerter of Millersburg and Donna (Chirp) Welker of Gratz; as well as many nieces and nephews. A graveside memorial service was held June 28 at Reigle’s Bible Fellowship cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to James A.
