ELIZABETHVILLE • Elaine M. Acri, age 63, of Simon Blvd., Washington Twp., passed away suddenly, Monday, July 12, 2021, at her residence. She was born April 29, 1958, in Harrisburg, daughter of the late Floyd and Peggy (Dill) Whittaker. She had worked in the past for Capital Blue Shield and also at the Navy Depot, Mechanicsburg. She is survived by her life partner of 37 years, Steven L. Acri, and a son, David M. Acri, both of Elizabethville; brother, Steve (Pat) Whittaker, Palm Coast, Fla.; two sisters, Denice (Donny) Edwards, Chesterfield, Va., and Raetta Jean Space, Duncannon, and two grandchildren, Ruby A. Acri and Roman L. Acri. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews she loved. In peace and with God. She was preceded in death by siblings, F. Thomas Whittaker and Shirley L. Whittaker-Falcone-Albert. A memorial is private and at the convenience of the family.
