TOWER CITY • Edward W. Ebey, 67, of Tower City, died suddenly May 2 at his home. Born in Waukegan, Ill., he was a son of Joyce Craddock Ebey, of Greyslake, Ill., and the late Edward Ebey. He was a U.S. Marine veteran of the Vietnam War. He was retired from the New Cumberland Army Depot. He was a member of the American Legion In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher Ebey. Surviving in addition to his mother, are his companion of 14 years with whom he resided, Yvonne Lebo Seiger; a daughter, Christina Ebey of Waukesha, Wis.; and two grandsons.
