MILLERSBURG • Dorothy Irene Duttry Phillips, 95, formerly of Edison, N.J., and Millersburg, died June 2, at Premier at Susquehanna. She was born March 2, 1924, in Lower Mahanoy Twp., a daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Enders Duttry. She was raised in Hickory Corners. She was a 1941 graduate of Lower Mahanoy Twp. High School. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, George Phillips; and a brother, Kermit Duttry of Millersburg. She is survived by a son, Rod Phillips of Hopkinton, Mass.; and two grandchildren. Services were held June 6 at James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow. Burial was in North-umberland Memorial Park, Stonington. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org James A.
