SUNBURY • Donald R. “Shinck” Kessler, 69, of Lower Augusta Twp., died May 10, at his residence. He was born March 30, 1950, in Ashland, a son the late Roy and Anna Mae Kessler. He was employed as a caregiver for Northwestern Human Services. He was a member of the Herndon Boat Club and the Herndon Fire Co. He is survived by his sister, Sheryl Getz; and several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and greatnephews. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, June 2, at noon at Adams Campground, 251 Lenig Rd., Sunbury. James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow, is in charge of the arrangements.
