Donald G. Williard
ELIZABETHVILLE • Donald G. Williard, 83, of Elizabethville, PA, died Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center, Tremont, PA. Born Nov. 14, 1936, in Elizabethville, Pa., he was the son of the late Leroy and Anna Williard. He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired as a helicopter mechanic from the New Cumberland Army Depot. After retirement Donald also worked for Dauphin County Transportation (now Capital Area Transit) as a van driver. He was a member of Elizabethville American Legion 404, the Elizabethville and Gratz Veterans of Foriegn Wars posts and Erdman Gun Club. He leaves behind one son, Neal D. who resides in Elizabethville and is married to Abigail Cooper; two grandchildren; one brother, Robert Williard of Virginia; and two sisters, Nancy Troutman of Elizabethville and Linda Smeltz of Halifax. He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Troutman, brothers Fred and Carl Williard, sisters Romaine Worchacz, Joanne Cessna, and Carol Williard. Central Pennsylvania Cremation Society is handling the arrangements. At this time there will be no services.
