GRANTVILLE • David M. Ober, 74, of Grantville, died June 29 at the home of his daughter in Tower City. Born Feb. 17, 1947, in Lebanon, he was a son of the late David and Grace Weaver Ober. Dave owned and operated his own excavating business. He attended church at the Family Harvest Mennonite Church, Fredericksburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kayla Wertz. Surviving are his two daughters, Justine Fetterhoff of Tower City and Sonya Spicher of Williamstown; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Glenda Fox of Grantville; several nieces and a nephew. Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 10 at 10 a.m. from the Family Harvest Mennonite Church. Memorial donations in his name can be made to Family Harvest Mennonite Church, 136 W.
