TAMAQUA • Darlene M. Smith, 84, of Tamaqua, died Nov. 4 at the Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born Dec. 29, 1935, in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Moltz and Emma Maceunas. She is survived by a daughter, Kay Morgan of Orwin; a son, Jason Smith of Illinois; a sister, Kay Willing of Tuscarora; four grandchildren, and two great-granddaughters.
