CARLISLE • Charlie, 84, of Carlisle, died Monday, Dec. 23, 2019. He was the son of the late Jacob Hepner and Cardie (Boyer) Hepner. Charlie’s survivors include his wife, Lela (Mathie) Hepner; his two daughters, Debra Emerick and her husband, Ronald; Connie Erdman and her husband, Glenn; two siblings: Gene Hepner and Cardie “Dolly” Bingaman and her husband, Ronald; his seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
