WILLIAMSTOWN • Charles E. Taylor, Jr., 71, of Williamstown, died Sunday, Nov. 22 at UPMC Pinnacle Community Osteopathic Hospital. He was born in Lykens, Sept. 4, 1949, a son of Charles E. Taylor, Sr., Millersburg, and the late Joan Moss Taylor. He was a 1967 graduate of Williams Valley High School. He was a Vietnam Air Force Veteran. He was retired from the 193rd Special Operation Wing, 201 Red Horse Squadron. Charles also retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Following retirement he worked for TW Consultants. He was a member of the Williamstown American Legion. Surviving in addition to his father are his wife and best friend, Debra A. Shuey Taylor; a son, Jason Taylor, Elizabethville; a stepdaughter, Ashlee Deibert, Gratz; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Following his wishes, there will be no services. Burial will be held at a later date in the Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown.
